2009 – RDP Marathon Inc. has returned to its original
name. Having operated since 2006
under the name Drent Goebel North
America Inc, this return signals the independent operation of the
company under the full control of its Canadian management team. RDP continues to offer a line of
high-quality web offset presses as well as custom engineering solutions
for a wide range of applications in the printing industry.

RDP Marathon Inc.
was incorporated in June of 1989. RDP evolved under the direction of
former key managers of MAN Ashton. Drawing on engineering expertise, RDP
provided press modifications, enhancements and upgrades to increase
operational efficiency of existing equipment. Simultaneously, RDP was
designing a line of printing presses.
Today, RDP Marathon offers variable and fixed size, perfecting and
non-perfecting, web presses. RDP specializes in custom engineering
solutions with extensive experience in the combination of print processes
including Litho, Flexo, Gravure, Waterless, and Screen printing. RDP also
provides support to existing presses with custom engineered upgrades.
RDP offers presses for the following markets: Glue-Applied &
Pressure Sensitive Labels, Prime Labels & Folding Cartons, Flexible
Packaging, Forms & Direct Mail, and Commercial printing.
ISO 9001-certified, RDP's team-oriented plant force consists of a
substantial number of fully qualified press technicians who were selected
for their expertise and work habits. RDP's multi-lingual technical staff
is well experienced in the graphic arts industry.
RDP's lean and dynamic organization ensures new product developments
are implemented without delays.
