 The RDP LF-200/260
series litho/flexo combination press line, available in 20" (508mm)
and 26" (660mm) widths, has been designed specifically for printers
who want to be flexible enough to keep up with the demands of the packaging
industry. Engineered to optimize combination technology these versatile
platform presses offer interchangeable offset and flexo printing inserts.
Roll-out insert trolleys allow fast, safe, and tool less changeover
minimizing costly configuration set-ups required to meet individual market
needs.
In a label configuration, the LF-200/260 series offers the best in
narrow web offset technology. The LF-200/260 series can print on a wide
range of substrates, including film, IML, foil, paper, carton, and pressure
sensitive stock.
Available in configurations of up to 10 standard printing units, the
LF-200/260 series can be equipped with STORK ® rotary screen technology,
and specialty finishing stations including hot foil stamping, die cutting,
embossing, and in-line imaging.
The rigid construction of the LF-200/260 series, allows running at
maximum speeds, while the superior inking capabilities of its Maraflo II
™ 4-form inker ensures unequaled print quality.
The LF-200/260 series Smart-Set™ press control system provides
control of all press functions on easy-to-read, easy-to-use touch screen
graphic displays accessible from both the main console and individual print
units. Smart-Set™ is an open architecture control system that
provides job storage and retrieval, modem interface for systems diagnostics,
can integrate seamlessly with management software, and supports full CIP3
capabilities.
