RDP Marathon has designed the SR-200
to provide forms manufacturers with a highly productive press that achieves
the distinguished quality required for promotional printing. Since flexibility
is so important in today’s competitive short-run markets, the SR-200
offers fast make-ready, ease of operation, a range of cutoffs from
14” to 28” / 355 to 711mm, and the options necessary to offer
your customers a variety of value-added products.
Traditional finishing stations, including punching, perforating,
rewinding, sheeting, and folding, have been designed to keep up with the
high speed of the SR-200 and enhance productivity even further.
Available in configurations of up to ten standard printing units, the
SR-200 gives you the ability to serve your existing customers while
entering into new markets.
Ease of operation
Ergonomic design combined with our advanced PLC system makes the SR-200
extremely efficient in make-ready and during operations. The process is
controlled from reel stand to delivery, including start-up and shut-down
sequences and automated positioning of prints units. Real-time reporting at
touch screens at both the central console and individual print towers helps
the operator monitor the run and respond to diagnostic prompts. Open
architecture and a minimum of wiring characterize the system, which is
designed to keep your options open for the future. Expansion capabilities
include closed loop color control, register control, remote ink control,
plate scanning and integration with management software.

The SR-200 is rated at 1200fpm/366mpm. With high speed and fast make-ready
, the SR-200 helps you quote on more jobs, tighten the production schedule,
and turn short runs into profits.
High quality
The Maraflo 4-form roller inker with integrated dampener ensures commercial
quality printing at maximum speeds. It is this ability that opens
opportunities to quote on value-added forms and direct mail products.
Robust construction
The reputation of the SR-200 for reliable running is based on attention to
detail in design and manufacture. Steel side frames, individual rigid unit
construction, AGMA 12 gear train, 360 degree phasing, precision drive
couplings, and a large capacity inker with three oscillator rollers all
